    CONNECTION ISSUES
    If you have problems connecting to Trailmakers, check the solutions below. If your problem isn't described, please don't hesitate to contact us directly! Our office hours are between 9:00PM and 16:00PM CEST on weekdays (that's Copenhagen Time). If you're experiencing problems outside of these hours, you may get a quicker reply to your problems by going to our official Discord and asking for help.

    CONNECTING TO FRIENDS
    Are you having problems playing online with a friend? Click the link below for troubleshooting for that issue.
    TECHNICAL ISSUES
    SAVE GAME PROGRESS LOST
    If you lost your save game for Stranded in Space or High Seas, check the link below!
    MISSING FILE PRIVILEGES
    Are you getting an error message that you do not have the file privileges necessary when you try to launch the game? If so, click the button below for possible fixes.
    XBOX - ACCOUNT FEATURE DENIED ACCESS
    If you are trying to access multiplayer features including the gallery, click the button below!
    STEAM - I CAN'T UPLOAD TO THE WORKSHOP
    If you are having problems accessing the Steam Workshop, please click the link below!
    I AM TRYING TO REDEEM A VIP SEAT, BUT IT'S GIVING ME AN ERROR
    The first thing to do is try again. Sometimes the redeem page needs a second try 🙂 If you get an error message about not being eligible, due to already owning the game, please contact us via e-mail.
